What is the maximum feeder capacity?
Max loading: 12 × 8 mm 3-tape E-feeder. Mixing: 1 × 12 mm 2-tape E-feeder = 1 × 8 mm 3-tape E-feeder; 2 × 16 mm 2-tape E-feeder = 3 × 8 mm 3-tape E-feeder.
What is the maximum chip processing size?
Limited by the bottom camera field of view. Max chip size is 15 × 15 mm, pin count ≤ 100.
