Probe Measurement
Automatic tool setting and measurement workflow for faster setup.
Machining Capacity
From micro holes to aluminum impellers.
Desktop NC Pro is suitable for aluminum alloy, copper alloy, precious metal, plastics, wood, wax, jade, glass and other materials. Steel and titanium alloys are possible at desktop level, but efficiency is limited.
0.3 mm Stainless Steel Micro Hole
A precision drilling sample for demonstrating fine hole processing capability with coolant and CAM drilling strategy.
Aluminum Alloy Impeller Machining
Impeller machining is a practical test for RTCP performance, multi-axis coordination and fine surface finishing.
Structure
Workspace and control board layout.
The working area includes the spindle, A/C rotary table, coolant ducts and chip collection drawer. The side maintenance door provides access to the circuit board, spindle housing and coolant system.
Technical Specifications
Desktop NC Pro machine parameters.
Note: desktop-level CNC machines can process steel and titanium alloys, but efficiency is lower than industrial machining centers.
