K4 Max SMT Pick and Place Machine

Load the board by hand and choose feeders to suit the job. The standard kit includes three strip feeders for short runs. Optional pneumatic and electric feeders support reel-fed production.

How the K4 Max places components
Ball-screw motion
AC servos drive the X and Y axes on ball screws and linear guides. A closed-loop stepper controls vertical travel.
Flying vision
The camera images each component during head travel so the machine can correct its alignment before placement.
Four independent heads
Four independent heads take CN-series nozzles. Select a nozzle for each component package in the job.
EZSMT programming
Import placement coordinates from a CSV file, then check board orientation, feeder assignments and component rotation before the first run.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use a 400 × 500 mm PCB?
The brochure lists 400 × 500 mm without the tray and 340 × 300 mm with the standard tray. Send your outline and fixture details so we can confirm clearance.
Does the machine ship with 56 automatic feeders?
56 is the maximum position count across the machine. The standard shipment includes one feeder board and three strip feeders. Reel feeders and the additional plate are priced separately.
Which computer and software do I need?
Provide a Windows 10 or later computer for EZSMT. The machine accepts CSV placement coordinates. Ask for the installer and drivers that match the supplied controller.
What warranty is included?
The brochure specifies 12 months for quality issues not caused by the operator. After the warranty period, replacement parts and repairs are provided at cost.
