Max2 Plus Desktop Injection Molding Machine
Max2 Plus is a hydraulic desktop injection molding machine for prototyping, education, R&D, and small-batch production. It combines 16-ton hydraulic clamping, 150 MPa injection pressure, four-zone heating, and optional 400°C molding capability for engineering plastics.
Higher Capability & Smarter Molding
Max2 Plus is positioned between entry-level desktop machines and high-cost industrial injection systems. It is built for users who need stronger molding force, engineering plastic capability, and compact machine size.
Reliable Clamping Force
Direct hydraulic clamping provides stable mold closing and mold clamping performance for flash-free parts.
ABS/PC Auto-Retract Unit
The automatic nozzle retraction system helps prevent gate blockage during high-temperature ABS and PC molding.
High-Temperature Capability
Four-zone heating supports engineering plastics, with optional heating up to 400°C for demanding materials.

Machine Structure
The Max2 Plus structure combines injection, clamping, hydraulic power, and electrical control into a compact desktop-format injection molding system.
Technical Specifications
Four-column specification grid to avoid Astra table border interference.
Standard Delivery List
Core machine configuration and commonly supplied modules for the Max2 Plus system.
Optional Upgrade Accessories
Optional modules can be selected according to material handling, mold size, and automation requirements.
Why Max2 Plus?
Designed as a practical bridge between compact desktop injection machines and expensive industrial systems.
Mold Template & Stroke
Use the platen template and stroke reference before designing molds. This helps ensure the mold mounting holes, clamping positions, injection position, and mold opening stroke match the machine structure.
Mold Platen Template
Reference drawing for mold mounting, platen holes, and injection position alignment.
Platen Stroke Reference
Reference image for mold opening stroke, ejector stroke, and usable mold thickness range.
Professional Mold Solutions
We provide mold design and manufacturing support for users who need molded samples or small-batch production. The mold must be designed according to the platen template to ensure accurate mounting hole position, injection position, clamping position, and machine compatibility.

Warranty & FAQ
Common questions about lead time, mold service, shipping, materials, and operation support.
What is the warranty?
The warranty is 12 months. During this period, free parts are provided for non-human damage, with remote replacement guidance.
How long is the production lead time?
In non-peak order periods, the production lead time for the machine is about 25 days. Mold design and manufacturing also typically take about 25 days.
What plastic materials are compatible?
Most general plastics and engineering plastics are applicable, including ABS, PC, PA, POM, PLA, PP, PE, and TPE.
Will you ship the machine?
Air freight, sea freight, and land truck delivery are available depending on destination. Exact shipping cost should be quoted according to the delivery address.
Is operation training provided?
User manuals, operation videos, online technical guidance, and training by professional engineers are available.
