Desktop Injection Molding Machine Ultra 2
Ultra 2 is a 35g hydraulic desktop injection molding machine for makers, educators, engineers and low-volume production. With 7-ton hydraulic clamping, 5 MPa LPHU, active ejection, 4-stage heating and optional 400°C temperature, it bridges the gap between prototyping and small-scale manufacturing.
Hydraulic Desktop Injection in a Compact Format
Ultra 2 offers comprehensive upgrades in control, clamping, mold adaptability, temperature capability and production efficiency. It is designed for rapid product development, education, labs, small workshops and small-batch production.
Compact Design, Broader Material Capability & Easier Operation
Ultra 2 keeps the compact desktop form while improving mold compatibility, high-temperature capability, touchscreen operation and product ejection.
Greater Mold Compatibility
Default 100 mm mold opening stroke with optional 150 mm stroke, plus optional 300 mm mold thickness for broader mold applications.
High-Temperature Injection
Four-stage heating supports default 350±1°C and optional 400±1°C temperature capability for engineering plastics.
Touchscreen Operation
The color touchscreen and multi-language UI make parameter setting and operation easier for both beginners and professionals.
Active Ejection
Products can be automatically ejected after injection, reducing manual handling and helping improve cycle efficiency.
Compact Industrial Design
The compact desktop form fits labs, education spaces, small workshops and product development studios.
Small-Batch Production
Hydraulic clamping and hydraulic plunger injection help produce precise plastic parts for prototyping and low-volume manufacturing.
Machine Structure & Hydraulic Injection Workflow
Ultra 2 combines an injection unit, hydraulic clamping unit and low-pressure hydraulic system to form a compact desktop injection platform for prototyping and low-volume production.

FAQ
In non-saturated order conditions, the machine manufacturing cycle is about 20–25 days, and the mold design and manufacturing cycle is about 20–25 days.
Molds generally use Cr40 mold steel with a mold life of ≥290,000 times. Detailed price depends on 3D model data and material information. Reference price: small simple mold $510; small mold with core pulling mechanism $876.
Air freight usually takes about 7 days; sea shipping takes about 30–45 days. Auto express is available in Russia and Central Asia, taking about 25–45 days. Exact shipping price requires detailed address confirmation.
The maximum design size of the mold is approximately L200 × W160 × H80–130 mm, and the actual part size should be smaller than the mold size.
Most general plastics and engineering plastics can be used. Typical materials include PP, PE, POM, PA, PLA, TPE and PMMA. Different plastics melt and flow differently, so injection settings should be adjusted by material.
