Mold Platen

Platen Stroke

① Requirement Submission
Provide product material, function and production specifications; submit the STEP file.
② Design Review
Assess manufacturability, make necessary design adjustments, and define key elements including mold type, structure and gate location.
③ Detailed Design
Create assembly and part drawings, select mold materials, and provide STEP files for confirmation.
④ Flow Analysis (Optional)
Simulate material flow and cooling process to optimize the mold design.
⑤ Mold Manufacturing
Fabricate and assemble the mold via CNC machining, EDM, grinding and other processes.
⑥ Testing & Validation
Conduct mold trials, produce sample parts, and refine the mold as required.


Warranty
- Warranty is 12 months; within this period, free parts for non-human damage and remote replacement guidance are provided.
- After warranty, parts are offered at cost or purchase channels will be provided.
