Bentop EDM Spark V
Desktop EDM Spark V is a desktop-type wire electrical discharge machining (EDM) machine, which uses the principle of electrical discharge to perform high-temperature electrical erosion processing on metal materials. It is highly advantageous for manufacturing machine parts with high melting points, small batch sizes, and complex shapes, and can almost cut any shape out of metal materials.
The wire cutting machine is divided into electrical and mechanical parts based on its structure. The electrical part refers to the electrical cabinet used for stepper drive and high-frequency discharge, as well as the control system and cooling water system. It can process special and high-hardness metal materials. It is very suitable for small businesses, individual manufacturers, educational institutions, and laboratories.
