Overview
Compact CNC milling for labs, makers and small production. Desktop Mill Pro is a tabletop CNC milling machine with a compact enclosed structure, stainless-steel motion protection, air mist cooling and waterproof treatment at the bottom. It supports cutting and milling of soft metals and common non-metal materials.
Features
1.2 kW Water-Cooled Spindle
The Φ62 mm spindle delivers 1.2 kW power and can reach 24,000 rpm for efficient milling. A 1.5 kW spindle upgrade is available.
DC Servo Motion
24 V DC servo motors provide smoother and more stable movement for small-part machining, prototyping and mold milling.
FOINNC M350 Controller
The machine adopts the FOINNC M350 control system with electronic handwheel support for easier offline CNC operation.
Enclosed Desktop Body
Integrated sheet-metal protection and stainless-steel guarding help reduce chips, coolant splash and workspace contamination.
Automatic Tool Setting
Contact tool setter with 1.5 N contact force and repeated tool-setting accuracy of 2 µm helps simplify setup and improve repeatability.
Optional 4th-Axis Rotary
Add an A-axis rotary platform for 360° rotary machining. The optional 4-axis range supports Φ80 × L130 mm workpieces.

What materials can Desktop Mill Pro machine?
It is best suited for aluminum alloy, copper alloy, acrylic, plastic, wood and wax. Selected steel, titanium alloy, jade and glass can also be machined, but soft metals are more suitable for desktop-level milling efficiency.
Is the 4th axis included as standard?
No. Desktop Mill Pro is positioned as a 3-axis desktop CNC milling machine. The A-axis rotary module is optional.
What is the normal operation process?
- Turn on the control panel.
- Reset the axes and send them to the home position.
- Clamp the tool.
- Clamp the workpiece.
- Set the workpiece coordinate system.
- Calibrate the tool in the Z axis.
- Download and run the machining program.
Is it difficult for beginners to operate?
Beginners may need time to learn CAM software, offline controller operation and cutter selection for different materials. With safe operation and repeated practice, the workflow becomes easier over time.
Which software can be used with the machine?
The machine supports common CAM and programming software such as PowerMill, Fusion 360, NX UG and SurfMill.
